PARC GAUDÍ · BARCELONA
60, 90 and 120-minute walks
Three suggested ways to explore Park Güell at different paces. These are not official routes: adapt the order to your entrance, conditions on the day and mobility needs.
If you have 60 minutes
Focus on the monumental area: the Dragon Stairway, Hypostyle Room and Nature Square. Rather than trying to see everything, look closely at the mosaic fragments, columns and views. Allow time to walk between areas and leave without rushing.
If you have 90 minutes
Add a walk among the stone viaducts and porticoes to the three main sights. Comparing the colourful ceramic work with the rough stone pathways helps explain how Gaudí fitted his architecture to the hillside. Take breaks when needed.
If you have 120 minutes
Extend your walk along the paths and see the park from different elevations. Combine famous sights with quieter stretches and take time to consider the original garden-city concept. Extra time lets you slow down; it does not guarantee every area will be accessible.
Choosing the right route
For young children or limited mobility, slopes and walking distances matter more than the number of sights. Choose fewer stops and check the accessibility map. Photography enthusiasts should leave time to observe while following the park rules.
Before you start
Check current admission, opening times and entrances on the official website. These are editorial estimates, not including queues or the journey from public transport, and do not guarantee access to any specific area.
